CULTURAL EXPERIENCES

STATE OF THE ART 2023

Together, with the help of our community, we raised over $250,000 to support local youth through creativity and consciousness. Thank you to everyone alongside us for your dedication to improving the state of mental health in the South Bay.

It’s going to require all hands on deck to ensure the next generations of youth have the tools necessary to improve their lives and the lives of others, inside and out. If you’re interested in joining us on this mission by making a donation, click here.

LAMA TASHI NORBU’s ARTIST RESIDENCY

For three weeks in October, we invited the Venerable Lama Tashi Norbu to stay at Resin as our first ever Artist in Residence.

Lama Tashi, born in Tibet, is a thangka-painting monk trained at Dharamsala Palace in India, home of his holiness the Dalai Lama.

During his stay, Lama Tashi produced a handful of community events, including the symbolic creation + destruction of a sand mandala, an art exhibition, and musical performances, as well as giving sacred Tibetan tattoos.

LOVE SOUTH BAY STYLE

On August 20th we celebrated a daylong festival of art, music, sound baths, speakers, dancing, journaling and more...

The community came together to dimensionalize and transform how we see love - going beyond the romantic - and into energy, science, beauty, connection, community, and heart-centered living...

Scroll down to watch IA founder Rafael McMaster’s keynote speech delivered during the event…
